One of the worst customer service experiences here. I asked for Mac and Cheese (since it was on their menu) and was told they don't have it anymore. I got a grilled cheese instead for my kids. My wife wanted a ham and swiss sandwich, which she ordered. I tried to get a chicken breast sandwich. No chicken. I tried a turkey and bacon sandwich. No bacon. I tried a steak and cheese sandwich. No steak. I finally just got the same sandwich as my wife. I order a frappé. "Our machine is down." I then ordered 3 strawberry lemonades. We ended up with 3 regular lemonades because she "forgot." They also forgot my kids' grilled cheese. And my wife and I had a ham and cheddar sandwich. Apparently they forgot how to make a ham and swiss cheese sandwich too. There were no apologies from the staff. They really seemed as if they wished we would take our business elsewhere. I definitely will next time!
The food was great but the staff was really confused about well everything. It was almost like they weren't trained. Also take things off the menu if you no longer sell them! Everything we basically ask for listed on the menu they said they did not serve anymore!
Not sure why I keep coming back to this location---they never have any donut selection. 8:10 am no iced chocolate donuts or sugar--I ask are there any more in the back? No--says the ever friendly worker, so I order my stuff and while she is getting my order out walks a person with a tray of chocolate donuts. Maybe if she had walked back and checked?
Woman named betty in drive through has poor customer service, have received stale bagels the last 3 times i have been in there over a months span. Also have been given the wrong size cappuccino (small) when I paid for a large. When I told them the next day they just told me "it happens" zero effort to fix or resolve the issue. Will never spend another penny there. Would not recommend if your in a hurry, if theres one car in the drive thru expect a 10+ minute wait.
Awful.. Dry chicken, more bread than anything, gave the wrong soup and forgot the chips. They should stick with coffee.
