Great service at Miamisburg, OH location. I needed a car for an out of state family emergency and they worked with me to make sure a car was available when I eventually needed it. I had to change my reservation twice while out of town, and the Enterprise office on Richland Ave. in Aiken, SC made the process very simple. Each change only required 2-3 minutes to process. I was very pleased with my experience with Enterprise. Their customer service, prices and cars exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely rent from them again.
Horrible customer service. Matthew was extremely rude and accusatory. Awful and will never go there again. Have had great customer service at other companies as we travel frequently. Do not use this location.
