My son saw a counselor for a little while until Samaritan dropped our insurance. I have been trying for over 2-weeks to get his counselor to call me back so I may get documents to my new doctor. Its ridoculous that a counselor does not call back. My son is failing and I need help. Something the counselor should understand, per his job. I am beyond frustrated. I wasnt real thrilled with the counseling to begin with. This has just fueld the fire. I am beyond done with this place.
