I am basing this review on the fact these people seem to judge the customers and not listen to what is wanted. We wanted the bathroom, back porch, hallway, and laundry room reconfigured/ remodeled, with us doing the demo as much as we can and helping with anything else. However, the young lady only focused on only the bathroom and acted like we could only afford the bathroom. We understand we have to get a loan to do all the work and that is not a problem, but we have to start somewhere in this house and that was what we decided. We was planning on doing the kitchen next come the spring. Also, it took 2 weeks just to get an estimate, sadly we ended up with a letter that basically stated they didn't have time for us. I suppose a simple phone call would take too much time. So much for that recommendation from our friends.
We had no hesitation at all in contracting with Bill at W E Bilbrey General Contractor to do the project, since his craftsmen had remodeled a bathroom for us a couple of years ago. Obviously, we were quite pleased with the bathroom remodel, or Bill’s company would not have been considered again.
I just wanted to send you a little note to tell you and your wonderful employees how happy I am with the bathroom remodel. Everyone did an amazing job. I was kept informed and my wishes were always respected. Considering the busy time of year, I think everything went smoothly and the bathroom looks fantastic. I certainly look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank you for making the remodel easy on my house, family and dog!

As friends, relatives and neighbors have viewed the new room, we get many positive comments. But you may never know how well others perceive it until you get unsolicited comments from true strangers. We’ve had that opportunity several times, and the most common comment we receive from them when they view the room is “Wow!” The room is truly amazing and more than fits the purpose for which we had it constructed.
Of all the people we worked with, this crew was the most professional. They arrived in a timely manner, the projects were complete to our satisfaction and Mr. Bilbrey followed up to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome.

I have recently remodeled my kitchen. I had ordered the supplies and installed through a local home improvement center and worked with multiple contractors.
The jobs performed by his crew included cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical work and flooring installation. Each job was completed with excellent results.

We had a general idea of what we wanted – a large room with lots of windows, cathedral ceiling and its own heating/cooling system. Beyond that, Bill and his craftsmen helped us with all the miscellaneous details involved to make this project a reality.
I can honestly say that I will call W.E. Bilbrey for any future remodeling projects.
