Friendly staff and wonderful environment to be in! Love it!
If you are going there to shop for products this is a good store. They have nice sales and good products from trusted brands. The staff however was very rude and not willing to help me in any way. They also stay right next to you the whole time like you are going to steal.
This is my favorite Ulta. They usually always have merchandise in stock and the sales people don't suffocate you and follow you around the whole visit. The only downside is you're usually waiting in a long line to check out. Don't come during peak hours on the weekend if you're in a hurry.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received and everyone I know who has shopped here agrees. Some of the gentleman have been absolutely snotty and rude. There are a couple ladies who are helpful but I try to drive the 20 minutes to go to Beavercreek or the Greene to avoid this store. Today when I asked if a product was available the answer was "I don't think so." She was standing there with nothing to do and did not even offer to check. Cashed out without even a thank you. And this is actually not bad service compared to what I have had in the past. Please go to another store if you like Ulta! I spend a ton of money in there because I like the products and deals but the service at this location is an absolute NIGHTMARE!
If I could give this less than one star I would. I booked an appointment a week ahead of time and even arrived early, just to find out the make up artist, Naahsa, had already started working on some one else. I waited and waited and finally got seated in the middle of the store for the world to see with my naked face just so she could go back and tend to her other customer. She than continued to run back and forth between the 2 of us the entire time. Never once did she ask me what I wanted done or colors or anything. This was supposed to be the pre-consultation before my wedding, but you can count on the fact that I will NOT be going back. Once she was finished it was 2 hours later and i looked like I had let me 8 year old cousin play make up for the first time. I should have refused to pay right then and there in the store but I didn't want to offend her. I paid, put my sunglasses on so no one could see the terrible eye job and left in a hurry to then take it all off as soon as I got home. Please save yourself the time, money, and hassle and just skip getting your make up at the Dayton Mall Ulta. It is NOT worth any of it. If I could post a picture with this I would.
