I do recommend using them for consumer issues. She agreed to take on a case where I purchased a used car and 2 days after I bought it, smelled oil burning. Took the car back to where I bought and they told me it had a cracked head. They kept my car for THREE MONTHS and I left with a $2400 bill and still losing ALOT of oil, 1 quart every 500 miles to be precise. I called Amy Wells and she insisted that I take the car to her "expert mechanic" and not have anyone else do the diagnostic on it to find out where the oil was going. Her "expert mechanic" took 2 months before finally looking at my car (all the while I had to drive this car as it is my only means of transportation) Much to my surprise....her "expert mechanic" charged me $250 and all he did was an oil change and then said he couldn't figure out where the oil was going so he called the test "inconclusive" and a month later she told me she couldn't take my case. Now, ANOTHER month later....my car threw a rod today meaning the whole engine is gone and I don't have a vehicle!!! Her mechanic also said that I had a wheel bearing going out and when I took that to get fixed......no wheel bearing going out, they were fine!!!!!!! I spoke to another attorney who IS taking on my case with no problems and I'm also stuck right now paying a $3000 bill for a new engine put in the car. All these people did was take money from me, lie to me and prolong this situation for me tremendously.
