Arrow as a business is truly wonderful! They dropped everything off, which made it SO convenient! They bought back our extra, so no money or alcohol was wasted! They have an incredible selection... however, I will say that going to their store, the customer service was less than stellar from a few employees. Brides, just know going in that this is not a place where people are excited to be a part of your day, necessarily. We asked the questions, they answered, but no one was really jumping in to offer suggestions or try to help us make it special. Luckily, we really know good wine and craft beer well enough that we could make informed final selections for ourselves.
