My front door lock was broken and Gem City Key Shop was so easy to work with - I scheduled an appointment the day before I needed them and Barry arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly, and was even able to make me a copy of my key from his truck saving me a step! I so highly recommend them if you need a lock fixed!

Barry (sp?) made a house call, repaired and rekeyed a ~80-year-old, top-end lock for our front door. Punctual, polite, and professional. The cost was about half what I expected.
