Super nice. When I mentiined my concern for an oil stain on floor she gave me a liner to put down at no charge. Really helpful and a pleasure to talk with. This person knows what it takes to make a customer want to give a good review.
Two minor things I would change - the foam insulation needs to be fixed or replaced as it was coming down in my unit in huge chunks and had me coughing quite a bit. Also, not having on-site garbage disposal was quite inconvenient. When people are moving things in or out, sometimes they dispose of things like broken items, boxes, etc. It would be nice to not have to haul trash out along with what I wanted to keep.
A storage facility located off a suburban dead end road juxtaposed to the highway, there is light traffic coming and going, which is a definite perk. Gate code works for entry and exit. Good hours of operation for both the office and the facility. The ability to schedule automatic payments or make single payments online through their website is a welcome convenience. The monthly rates are competitive as well.
I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. This place is a home away from home for your belongings. Also, they are more than willing to work with you. I was in between jobs and because I discussed my issues with the manager she helped me from being charged some additional fees I could've been charged. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. Thank you all for the great experience. Ill be back if I have additional storage needs!! Keep up the great work!
I recently rented a unit and had some issues on my end, but Natalie was extremely helpful in getting me squared away! Fantastic customer service, great prices, nice, clean and large facility! Would recommend to anyone. A++

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The manager, Natalie, is super nice and very knowledgeable about the property, the units, and all of the company policies. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. As I’m sure it is for most people, I got a storage unit to put all my belongings in. I wanted to be assured my property was protected and Natalie did a fantastic job explaining all the ways that I’m covered. She also showed me the unit before I rented it, which was nice and clean. The facility is gated, has cameras, and all the drives are paved. You also get your first month free of charge, which was just another added perk to an already great experience. Thank you Natalie for all your help!
And to those looking for storage, their rates are basically unbeatable!! I chose them in the beginning simply because of their rates. I definitely wasnt expecting the exceptional customer service on top of it! :)
