It's a pretty decent Hip Hop bar. Drinks are priced high but average for the area.
Wouldn't allow a combat veteran to exit the bar to go to gas station without double paying a ridiculous $20 cover at a total dump of a bar. Would not recommend to anyone. Total hole in the wall. A vodka soda was $9 in Dayton Ohio!! Hahaha what a joke. Joke is on them.
It gets very packed on the weekend. Good music and great bartenders.
Ned Pepper's seemed to cater to a younger crowd. It was very high energy and loud music with bar games. The best part of the experience was the bartender, Kelly. she had a good sense of humor and was very conversational. She even recommended a few restaurants and places I needed to visit before leaving Dayton. Hopefully she'll make your day during your visit!
