Overpriced with scam artists who try to up-sell their chinese junk
This is a very nice store. The staff are very knowledgeable and seem to be very helpful. Although we mainly focus on getting our bikes serviced here (they do a great job and the bikes are well maintenanced), the store has lots of good stuff in it - just price check somethings online.
Over priced.Sales person was only interested in a quick sale. He kept trying to get me to buy a two year old bike that I was not interested in. I asked for a specific bike to test ride. Sales person told me that bike was not at this store but it was at one of their other stores. He said that he would have it sent over so that I could try it out. I came back on the agree upon day to test ride the bike. He was there but..... no bike.... and alot of excuses....I got the strong impression that he felt I was not serious about test riding the bike that I was interested in. We agreed on another day when I could come in and test ride the bike ..... I showed up....This time neither he nor the bicycle were present. To say the least.... I was upset. I talked with one of the other employees about the situation. They were shocked this was happening. He looked into where the bike was. He had the bicycle shipped to the store and assembled that very day for me to test ride. I did purchase the bike. It was exactly what I wanted. The service was poor and the price was full retail but in the end its the bike I am riding ..... not the crappy sales person. Bad sales people hurt everyone they work with...not just themselves. I give two stars as I did find the bike I was looking for but .....really.... It was a one star situation.
Everyone here has always been super friendly and they make sure to take the time to go over every little thing on your bike. My bike was in and out and is riding smoother than ever.
Great service and knowledge I have been coming here since I was a kid .... Over 25 years. Only trust them
