For a real and honest repair do not take your BMW to BMW of Dayton. On Thanksgiving day as we were traveling to Kentucky from Detroit, Michigan our car computer began to say alternator fault. We thought OMG what is this. We were able to pull over and call AAA. Some wonderful people came within 15 minutes. They loaded the car on their truck, took us to rent a car, dropped our car off at BMW of Dayton and that's where the problems began. After many calls we finally got someone named Troy who said he would let us know about repairs ASAP. Well he did. Troy told us we needed a new alternator and it would cost $2,100. We had the car picked up and brought back to Detroit where it was repaired at once for $500. BMW of Dayton, I don't think so. You should be in the HALL OF SHAME!
Just made my first new car purchase.. even though I was unsure and back and forth Mike Wilcox worked me till I found a vehicle that I liked and was financially comfortable with! Would definitely be willing to work with him again
