Purchased a new vehicle from them in October 2017. They were all very nice as one could imagine, people usually are when your spending a lot of money. The service after the sale comes next, as for now I give them a 4 on;y because a 5 has to be over the top.

My experience at Germain Honda was amazing. Most of the experience was due to Service Advisor Dan Danner. He was friendly, professional, intelligent, and more. He was personal and helped in all aspects of my time there. I was handled immediately and expediently. I was there for a recall on a battery sensor, and the car came out inspected under the hood as well as wheel alignment inspection. I received printouts on all that was performed. The car even came out cleaner than what I brought in. I highly recommend Dan Danner and Germain Honda. The experience was quite amazing. Thank You! Dave

Clean, friendly, hospitable environment. The employees stay very busy. The hospitality lounge was very nice. We appreciated the kid friendly area. We were a little disappointed when they "found a problem". They misdiagnosed and yet kept giving us pricing for parts we didn't need. They have "found something" every time we've been here. We only come for an oil change.

Was looking to buy a 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Called the dealership 3x and first 2x got a salesman (Stacey) who could not call me back. I then called a 3rd time that day (Steve) who said he would call back. Steven never called back either. Easy sell and these guys couldn't return a phone call!

I contacted the dealership to try and schedule an appointment for an urgent recall on the airbag inflator. Initially I didn't get a call back when I chatted online with someone on Tuesday. I called again on Wednesday and no one from service picked up, but they called me back immediately after I hung up! They were able to get me in the same day, had several appointment times that worked for me. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30, but I was able to drop it off early. Lee Blanzy was my service rep and he was awesome; friendly and genuinely concerned about my initial issues getting a call back. Told me at most it would be done by 3:30 and they would call. Got a call at 2:21 from Lee that it was completed! Safety Recall completed and my wife is happy. Funny thing is I called another dealership where my wife bought her Honda, in the Dayton Mall area, and they couldn't get me in until March of 2018! A safety recall and this 'other' dealership didn't seem too concerned. I will never take my Honda's anywhere but to Germain from now on! Thanks again...
