I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the quad drive transmission. It has a unique system and Mike did not have the equipment to read the codes. He told me what he thought it would be and it was very expensive to have repaired so I was out the door knowing exactly what the problem was and he did not charge me for his time. My dad took his Cadillac over to Mike on my recommendation and rather than a repair job that cost more than the car they did a tune-up and fix the problem $130.
Straight forward quotes and constant progress updates. Got my engine replaced in a timely manner as quoted and I couldn't be happier.
Probably the best auto mechanic I've been to. After the service we received today (after an upsetting experience with a corporate establishment) they have 2 customers for life, and many more that I will happily sent their way.
