I don't recommend you to take your car to them unless you don't care about your car.
Best place for quick thorough outside wash....you will have some detail finish wiping around door sills and trunk. Best value in town is monthly wash @ $20... Which allows unlimited washes !! Best inside/outside job is Soft Touch at corner of Whip & Far Hill's.
I favor the overall setup of this location more than the other location near the Greene. The free vacuum use with the wash is awesome, the wash is spacious and clean and the car comes out looking polished. My only complaint is sometimes some of the..'feeders'? - the staff who wave you forward into the wash- can sometimes feel a bit rushed or I think perhaps sometimes they feel overwhelmed when it's busy and are waving cars in very close or providing no guidance as you maneuver onto the track. Doesn't happen all the time and not with all of the people, So!
Yet, I haven't received any call from them!!
If you plan on staying in the area long term, investing in a monthly car wash plan is awesome! It's affordable and it's unlimited washes for the month. I use the service at least once a week. They also offer a towel exchange service. So if you purchased a microfiber towel with them, you can exchange it for a new one whenever you need a new one. Friendly staff and affordable high quality washes!
I had a membership with them and used to wash my car there. They have a very bad and strong equipment. In September, I washed my car there and I heard I strong and loud sound from the right side of my car while it was being washed there. Later at that day, I checked the car finding that the cover of the right mirror is missing. Next day I went to the car wash and wrote a report about that. Then they saw in their camera that the mirror cover was taken off from my car because of their strong and bad equipment. And they, without letting me know, took the cover in put it back in my car while I was at their office! Then, the manager told me that they put back my cover on the car and wanted me to check it with him. I checked it and found scratches on it due to how strong it was taken off because of the equipment. I told the manager about that, he said "are you serious, you want to change cover because of these scratches?" . I said "yes because it happened by your mistake". He said "we never know". They have a recorded video of the incident. Then he told me that they are going to discuss that and let me know within 2 days. I never got a response! I went to them 2 days later, the employee told me the manager is not here and we can't do anything if he's not here. And went to them 2 more times and they told me the same thing.
I will be coming to this car wash only. 100% satisfaction guarantee goes a long way. Staff is very friendly and you can't beat $20 A month with free vaccums. A+ business
