I have been going here for several years. I know the routine.. Get everything out of the car so it can be cleaned. . The car wash and windows are always done right.... They take the car outside to clean the interior and it goes south. .. They spend maybe 5 mins. wiping it down,, if that. Today their were 4 guys out there. I was the only customer there at the time... The inside was barely tuched. I've had this happen the last 3 or 4 times that I've been there. Unfortunately today I said something and was told that it looked fine.!!! It doesnt.!! But they don't care.!!! It's not like I don't tip well. When I left all 4 of the guys were sitting on the bench doing nothing. .. Like I said they were NOT busy... I spoke to the manager the last time. Evediently this has become the new Oakwood car wash. !!!! Paying $27.00 for just the exterior is to much

I would give them less if I could. Unfortunately my employer has a contract with them to clean my employer's car. I would never go here on my own. I came in here today because my car was muddy. When I pointed it out to the interior guy he half hazardly wiped the driver's floor mat down and suggest I pay for a higher level wash. They suck and do not deserve the oakwood name
So I called and asked if they wash cars with a little rust on them. I know my wheel wells are a bit rusted on either side. The lady was nice and said that if it wasn’t bad they’d put duct tape over the rust or, if not, just hand wash it. I said all right, that sounds good. I get there and the gentleman said that he couldn’t put it through the wash because of the rust. No problem, went inside to inquire about hand wash. I was told that some employees “didn’t come in” so I could not get my car hand washed. I then asked if I could just get the inside done. She said yes, it would be $10.00, I thought “great!” And it took about fifteen minutes. When I got into my car, it looked barely touched. I guess I should have known for ten bucks it would be a half baked job. Had to go to Mike’s Car Wash afterwards to get my car washed and cleaned the inside myself.
Pretty good place your car cleaned inside and out.
