If I could give them NO stars I seriously would. I was told that I was not allowed to accompany my 3 year old back for a simple cleaning. After a hysterical breakdown by my child I insisted on joining him and was told by staff that they would refuse treatment if he did not go back alone. This office places children in high anxiety situations for control. I have no doubt that my child will have developed a fear of the dentist after this traumatic experience. I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to ANYONE, let alone those with small children.

Everyone was very pleasant. My daughter is 12 and great experience.

My 8yo non verbal Autistic son has been going here for several years. Never had any issues until now. He had to have surgery on his teeth and crowns put on several. He went from letting us brush his teeth to not being able to brush them at all. He's in extreme pain and his teeth and gums are bleeding now! We've been back now 3x since and NOTHING is being done about it.

The Doctors are extremely nice but the staff is RUDE!! They also tried to tell my husband that he wasn't allowed to go back with our severely autistic son!! Are you kidding me?! Seems fishy to me!! Stay far away from here!!

At first, things were great and because we know someone from here we put out great trust to them. My son had to undergo a lot of dental treatment and we were given an estimate based on our dental coverage, a 99% accuracy as what they've specified. But, was horrified when after his third session they billed us more because accordingly, our dental insurance didn't cover some dental services that my son needed. Services that were estimated accurately based upon our coverage. They couldn't simply elaborate as to why we needed to pay more. It wasn't only about the billing but also how my son reacted every time we frequent this place. It wasn't a good experience for him. The fact that I am not allowed to go in with him is something that bothered me too. I thought they would allow me to go in with him since he doesn't really speak and understand the English language well.

We have been going there for 12 years or so. All four of our kids have been treated. The place is not what it used to be. I have let things go on for too long turning a blind eye because of the relationship we formed. We have had issues from billing to standard of care. We are now looking for a new place. So sad. Not sure what is going on. I have never left a practice before.
