Easy appointments for all 3 kids at once. Staff is kind to my children. They feel at ease going here. They are busy and booked far out in advance. Probably because they are good at what they do, they fill up fast.
So... I️ received a letter and it stated my child will no longer be able to be seen in this office! (Confused), #dumbass, she was never a patient !! You guys are missable and very unprofessional it’s unreal! I️ put a review in to tell everybody how stank you guys are and you thought you was hurting my feelings by sending me a letter. NO! And this office is still UNPROFFESIONAL AND OLD LADY “WHIT” is the most missable!!
I am always treated with respect here. They are always professional and kind. My children have not yet complained. Plus, being a single working Mom. I absolutely love the fact that I am able to book both of my children within the same appointment to save ourselves the hassle/time of trying to get them in at different times (unless necessary). However, I was really upset at the fact that I called a few weeks in advance to follow up with any upcoming appointments. I was told that my children did not have any appointments. I received a missed appointment later a few weeks later stating that I'd missed an appointment. I was very upset as I do not want that on their record. (especially knowing that it could jeopardize their visits.) The PAR said that a manager would contact me regarding this taking all of my information. Long story I am still waiting 2 months later to hear from them.
I cant comment on the actual service, because I couldn't even deal with making an appt. I spoke to two different office personnel who told me two different policies on insurance and scheduling. Both women were rude, and ill informed of their own policies. I immediately called a different dental office, and was able to make an appointment in 3 minutes flat, no issues, no attitude. Based off other reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet by not getting scheduled. Tighten up your office staff! Good customer relations are an important aspect of healthcare.
The worth plaes in the holl worled the resption front desk the super visors the doctors unprofessional rude and the don' care about any thing the police station even they don't treat human as this hospital
This office is very unprofessional and RUDE it’s unbelievable. I would not refer this office to my worst enemy! The office manger “Whitt” is so nasty she should be fired!!! I have complained to the hospital to get some resolution.
