They will order merchandise to be delivered to your home(example store stock not available in shoe, clothing size) which is better than searching other area stores for self to drive, get.
This isn't about Macy's, but about Bridget in menswear. Through a terrible moment of my life, she was the most compassionate person I could have met. All 4 foot 11 of the very hug I needed. Some people in customer service see you as a hassle. Bridget saw me in my moment of need as an opportunity to let love shine through.
GREAT place to shop...akways clean and can walk in and find exactly what I am looking for.
The store has a nice selection of clothing, shoes and many other items, but is dirty! The main door entrance is filthy! They need to hire more workers.

The emplyeee in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly, but under staff. Corporate needs to look at the whole picture to improve customer experience and increase revenue for the store. Someone is dropping the ball for this store.:(
Very expensive store. I saw a nice pink women's sun hat for $128 and I almost fell over. I went to JC Penny and saw a hat from the same company and it was $26.
