Complete waste of my time. Staff behaved exclusive and snobby. They wasted no time sending us 6 pages of health information to fill out, but did not bother to include pertinent information like no family in with the doctor and other 'office policies'. As first time patients, we did not know what to expect. As an added negative, this place feels like a mental health hospital.
My Mom and step-dad took his adult daughter to an appointment there. Whoever she seen was lecturing her and my step-dad about her smoking. Then when my step-Dad mentioned my Mom smoked also, this idiot says, I don’t care about her, she can keep smoking and die tomorrow. You can replace her but this is your daughter, she can’t be replaced. He tells my step-Dad he can’t be a “wus,” that he needs to stay on her to quit. First of all, we are talking about an adult that doesn’t live with her father. What can he seriously do or say about her smoking? Second of all, what kind of idiot says your wife can be replaced and further insults someone by calling them a “wus.” Thankfully that’s her only appointment there! If by chance, she has to return, I will definitely be escorting her to the appointment.
Wonderful place and Hospital. So many great doctors work there. Valet parking is extremely convenient. I just hope they Improve their gift shop area.
The ladies and doctor here are very friendly, also happy spirited. I definitely recommend this place.
I've had to go in n make sure my wife has had her meds 2 different times the accidently forgot to give her her pain meds n give her food she ain't allowed to have
