Food wasn't cooked all the way.no flavor. I asked for extra cheese and the guy threw a piece of cheese on top and it was not melted. My order was wrong.and my family woke up the next morning fighting over the toilet. Never ever again.
It's a waffle house, quick service good food no frills.
My son loves waffle house. But we will never return to this one. Staff doesn't clean tables.. saw several guests cleaning the table so they could sit there. But the worst part was my bill was calculated incorrectly, I asked about it, it was clearly a different subtotal and yet they charged me the same total written on the receipt. The whole thing was just ridiculous. Maybe a Math test should be required at places without electronic registers. The difference was only a few dollars, so I paid it without complaint but this is bad for business.
I normally love waffle house but this particular one is very disorganized and dirty. We were seated a good while before being acknowledged by the servers, then had an extended wait for our good. When the good finally arrived it was hot and good (although I had to remind the waitress that we needed silverware) which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.
Waters and staff were refreshingly polite and pleasent. Suprised me when compaired to other establishments of same type.
