This area seems like they take pride in the properties and the park. It's a shame that more of the homes around here aren't restored yet, but the ones that are restored are beautiful Craftsman homes!
It's a great park I can walk to with my boys and not have to worry it's always clean and people are friendly!

This park is very quit and pretty nice for children to have fun. I stopped by early morning with my wife and our little child. If you wanna have a price of mind, I suggest you stop by in the morning. It's a few minutes away from UD.
