Alligator gar wish I could post progress pics,great customer service from them lil understaffed... with that ladies always cleaning tanks.. free water testing but needs a reward program like any lps.. and to switch weekly sales,bogos,etc. Lol hire me for a part time I love the place.
I’ve been going there for a while now. The only reason why is that they have fish you don’t see in normal pet stores. That isn’t the case anymore. There selection is bleak, the customer service is terrible and they have no sort of garuntee. You have to try to find someone to help you and when you do they act like it’s not their job and your a nuisance. It used to be a great place but not so much anymore. Their prices are far from reasonable. And their fish are not healthy so be sure to quarantine before adding to your tank.
Employees have very little knowledge. They are there to make money. They are killing the hobby. Check out Corals Galore bother fresh and salt water. Reptiles and soon more!
What I do not like about the store and the reason for the two stars is the owner. Strange personality, abrupt, and rubs the wrong way at times. This is not based on one specific instance but seen over time. It is to the point if I see him there I leave. If I knew when he would not be there I would go more often. Instead I make the extra drive to Cincinnati for my needs.
Wow! What a selection of fish! We enjoyed our visit. It was nice that they had a fresh water and salt water side of the store. Something for everyone.
I love it's location being so close to me. Also what I like about the store is it's selection. Yes it is more expensive but that doesn't bother me. The best part is the staff who have been great and knowledgeable.
