Very friendly knowledgeable employees and show that they truly do care about the animals and the best service& advice for you and your pet??!!. Prices are very decent not too much higher or lower than other places!!
I went to go get my first hamster, I felt satisfied with thee amount of research i had done but when i went in to get one the lady selling the hamsters was so concerned on making a sale she told me that i didn't know what i was reading and that teddy bear hamsters are happier together. two months later i came home to a bleeding hamster and had to go buy another cage so they both could live happy. animals are not products so don't sell them like they are.
This is certainly an improvement over the pet store that is to be here. They fully remodeled and renovated the entire place. The store is clean, modern, and well stocked.
Excellent pet store, competent employees and high quality products - it is a smaller pet store than some, though, and is not always carrying the brands that I'm looking for, there is a limited a selection.
Staff is super friendly and sweet. The animals are well taken care of. Will definitely be back!
