I'm thankful that I double checked their work and it got corrected in the end but I shouldn't have had to. Had this same thing happened to my mother or wife who know even less about plumbing it wouldn't have been inspected and in 6-10 years when the hot water heater again went bad they would've had water damage to their basement with no idea that the plumber was at fault.

I was very nervous about calling a plumber but several of my friends recommended Heeter and we had a water pressure problem so I called and it was the best decision EVER!! Rob Heeter came out and was very friendly and listened to our problem and then checked a couple of things. He fixed our problem very quickly and only charged a small service call fee. We have had this problem for almost a year and put off calling a plumber thinking it would be a huge cost and hassle but Heeter Plumbing made it a quick, painless and inexpensive event. I will use them again for sure!!!
5. was denied but they "had a long chat" with the original plumber.
I had always had good experiences with them, however, they changed their policy and won't install faucets unless they are bought from a particular place and are of professional quality, which are too expensive for me. They told me that too many people were expecting them to come back and fix problems that were not the fault of Heeter. I would never do that, but now I have no one to install my new faucet (one not on their list). Need to find a new plumber even though they are down the street from me.
Heeter Plumbing is great. The owners have several years of experience and knowledge.

4. asked for some money back seeing as i spent ~700$ on expert installation that was NOT acceptable and would have eventually resulted in water damage to my house had I (no plumbing expertise) not checked the work of THE MASTER PLUMBER.
3. manager wanted me to allow original plumber to repair "on his own time" aka after 5 or on weekend further inconveniencing me....I insisted they come ASAP... they showed up 4hrs later after another call.
I cannot rave enough about how much I enjoy working with Heeter Plumbing. I flip homes so my plumbing projects can range from Dishwasher installation to installing completely new draining pipes for laundry room additions. Everyone on their team is extremely pleasant to work with (in the office and onsite). They are quick, informative, and priced competitively. They are not a business out to nickel and dime you, and they will provide genuine advice regarding services needed. I would highly recommend Heeter Plumbing to anyone. As long as I'm flipping homes, they'll be my first choice for plumbing work.
