I feel as if it’s safe to kinda do this review much later now that this process has been said and done my husband and I were looking for a house a while back and our friend recommended Susan Blanford as a realtor at first it was ok and everything got set up then it started to go down hill not only did she not help up much we had to look at houses our self and was very pushy about going way over our budget she would hand out her business cards and try to pick up clients while she was showing us houses (which I found to be very uncomfortable and unprofessional) when we were looking for the right house. Then we ended up finding a house we liked (that we had to look for she was no help at all) she got information wrong on paper work about the roof which we wanted added to the list of being fixed and just flat out said we could sue her for the roof then she got in an arguement with our inspector and tried to side with the seller and the other realtor and was throwing a fit because he actually looked out for us and was defending us and was calling her out on her bull! She was more concerned with getting a pay check then actually helping us she made tons of mistakes and blamed it on her retirement was comming soon.... not ok in my book.. we had to walk away from the house and a lot of money that we put into having it inspected and other fees not only did it set us back it really turned us off to this company period. If you want any type of advice please do not use her I can’t say much of the company it’s self but her DO NOT USE HER. She shows her true colors if you challenge her or tell her something that you do not like or want something different than what she wants
