A very personable visit I have a good friend that works in the service department been doing it along time he really knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it.
Went to the Harley shop to get pictures with the Grinch for Christmas .... They're doing it again next week... So much fun snacks for the kids and free photos
Other Harley dealers should follow. Buckeye Harleys lead. The facility was immaculate. The service was perfect and so laid back. No rush to push you into a decision. They make you feel at home. I rarely give feed back but this place was well worth it. The lady (ibelieve her name was Emily) who approached me was very knowledgeable and she spoke from true road experience. Very very remarkable. Take note Powder Keg Harley..... You need all the help you can get .
Clean store and good selection of bikes and apparel. However, none of their bikes had prices on them. When I asked about a particular bike there was no straight answer on what the price was. Most of the staff was friendly but good luck going in there just wanting to browse. I was there about 45 minutes and was followed around the entire time. While looking at their apparel a few staff members started grabbing random shirts and jackets off the rack and handed them to me to try on. I might've spent more time in there or even bought something but giving guests personal space is not their forte.
The sales team was great but the service department leaves much to be desired. I called about an open recall on my Street Glide and the service writer pretty much blew me off and wouldn't take any information about what I needed. He just stated that he needed the bike in house to be able to diagnose what the problem is. Prior to calling this store I stopped by another Harley dealer (without my bike) and they looked up my vin and were ready to order the recall parts and schedule the work right away. When I told them I wanted to try the Buckeye dealership since it was closer, they recommended I call in the recall prior too showing up to help the dealership order the recall parts. That leads me to this review, the service writer acted like he couldn't be bothered to deal with what I needed. Needless to say this dealership just lost my future business and I will spread the word to all my friends on the differences between dealership customer service.
