Brought my 2005 Silverado in for their rust prevention undercoating and to get my bed liner sprayed. I just wanna start off and say they did a phenomenal job on the truck and the customer service I received here was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The guy at the counter had me in and out and was extremely nice and courteous. My truck was done exactly when he said it would be done and my window tint looks awesome!
I was there getting several things done, under body rust protection and diamond coat on my new truck. I spent a few thousand dollars with them. And then they talked me into getting a cover for my truck to keep things in the bed of the truck dry. They installed it and water was still getting in. So I took it back and they added more padding etc. And it still leaked. And I had something in it that was ruined. I have called many time now and no one will return my calls. They are blowing me off as if they don't care. They got their money so to hell with me. So if that is the case, what good is their warranties on any of their or products??? I would never use them again!! Be aware, you might get screwed as well. Don't fall for their lines either or you will wind up like me.
