The staff I've encountered have been especially friendly and knowledgeable. Particular Heidi in the camera section, huge kudos to her, once I save up some more they'll be looking at quite the hefty purchase on account of her and their deals. Lines are typically quick and haven't had an issue at this location. Would be a full 5 stars but I absolutely hate the shrinking music selection and how EVERYTHING is considered either rock, r&b, or rap. Doesn't really help locating things quickly. This place used to be the best for music selection, sadly, haven't been able to find anything there I like in years.
Mixed feelings about this Best Buy, I buy a lot from this establishment, when I go in some people are friendly some are not. Some might stop and ask if you need assistance, some might not. unfortunately this really the only brick and mortar electronic store with others similar to it either moving or going out of business. Never the less I try to pick out the people who might portray themselves as friendly. Choose wisely!!!
The small appliance dept had 2 employees available to assist me. Made a purchase quickly and the item was delivered to the front door and loaded into my vehicle.
Great staff!! If you need info about product and that associate doesn't know much about a product, they will guide you to the person who is knowledgeable about the product you are inquiring about.

I’ve been to this location several times over the last few weeks. I have always received exceptional customer service. Stopped in today for what I thought would be a quick fix for my laptop. I was sent over to the Geek Squad desk- no appointment and they were very busy. Waited a few minutes and they fit me in :)
