You don't tell the code on the recent
Employees tried to hold a game under their name for reservation instead of letting the customer get the game for the holidays. Eventually the game was given too me.
Before buy a game, ask them to explain you their policies. I bought I used game and they told me I had 30 days to return it. After 20 day I wanted to return it, but they told me that they cannot get back after 14 days. Then I got I new game. Again they told me that I had 30 days to return it. After 10 days I was there and they wanted to give me less money because I open the game's box. How I can try a game without open it? Why the employees don't explain all the policies before sell games? I can find same game at the same price anywhere, even less.
Buyer beware! Turns out these guys only support new products they sell for 30 days. They will not warranty new products in the store unless you purchased a GameStop warranty. Buyer beware!!
