Always pleased with the quality and select ions over all especially with meats and bakery. Also Christmas and seasonal was very nice purchased beautiful Christmas ribbons.
Had a really good visit the Tyson chicken strips we sampled we're awesome we picked up some of those and the Tyson barbecued pieces and some of the black and white Indiana popcorn really nice clean facility
I thinks its a good place to go and get ur bulk items at a decent price! The atmosphere is laid back and you get through the lines pretty quick. Everyone is friendly and if you've never been try it and see for yourself
The tire Department promised to call when my tires were delivered and gave me an appointment in anticipation of the tires arrival. Needless to say I did not receive a call when the tires arrived and when I tried to keep my appointment they cancelled it. I had to call several times before the tire department and members service would answer. Very disappointed with the tire department except for Brandon's customer service. Brandon provided excellent customer service when I arrived the next day for my 2nd appointment. Rating would have been worse.
I ordered a $2100 server with a dining room table and chair set. It was expected to arrive December 1st, but it didn't come. I called at 930 am and was told it would come later on December 1. When 5pm came and it havent came, I called customer service to find out where my order was i was told it would come sometime next week. I explain my inconvenience. I ended up calling a total of three times. The first lady was getting smart and being sarcastic. The second guy placed me hold for 20mins, then the last person picked and i inquired about a refund asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up the phone. I already thrown my old set away and my kids have no table to eat on. I will never order anything from sams club again. They could have atleast updated the estimate time of arrival to keep me updated, so i would know how long my children have sit on the floor and eat.
