I have delt with this store for about 4 years now. Always great service, prices. Won't shop any where else !!

I have been with aarons for about 5 years now and am extremely annoyed with this store. Never have I ever had such issues with this company as I do here. I rented a living room set from them back in January. A brand new set that was on the sales floor. It came with end tables, lamps, a rug a coffee table and a piece of artwork for the wall. A week ago I went into the store and told them I wanted a sectional instead. I had already went onto their website and found one that I liked and that I was going to get. As I spoke to one of the sales people, he told me that I would have to get a used set since I had already gotten a new one and it had to be one that was on the floor. Nope, I wasn't doing that. As a customer I wanted the set that I had picked out. So I immediately left and went to another place and picked out a new sectional that I liked. A couple days went by and I spoke to the store and told them I would be returning everything but my rug and the wall art I had gotten. The lady I spoke with said that wouldn't be a problem I just would have to wait until the furniture was returned to get a price for what I was keeping. I just got my new stuff today and called the store and spoke to a man who, with an attitude, told me that it was a "package deal" and i wouldn't be able to split it up. I just told him to come get it and hung up on them. Aarons, you need to get the employees in your stores together and also ensure they all have the same knowledge of policies because as a consumer it is extremely unprofessional for one, your employees to be rude to customers, and two each employee giving me a different piece of information.

We have had a great experience at the Brant Pk store. The manager Darrik has always done all that he could to make sure we are very happy!

First off the entire staff presents itself as unprofessional, will cuss when you're sitting with them doing the signing papers. They will then break your furniture after waiting all day for it to delivered with no communication. They gave us the window of 11 am to 7 pm for our delivery. We did not hear from them until they called us a quarter after 7 to say the furniture broke. We went back in to pick out a different living room set and was told they would call when they were leaving. We never received that phone call. They finally showed up with our new set around 930 pm after waiting all day for furniture. The next day we found garbage, nail clippings,used fake finger nails, old food and handfuls of someone else hair, mind you we were told all used sets were professionally cleaned before being released. When we called the store and spoke to the general manager, he gave us the run around. So we went into the store with all of the garbage found in the couch, the woman working the floor immediately had an attitude with us and got the manager who came out acting like he was better than us and proceeded to try and give us some run around about how there was an issue with the couch when it came back so it may not of been cleaned and did not offer us any resolution and continued to raise his voice to my fiance at which point we told him we wanted our money back and asked us to leave his store and that he cant do anything like that until Monday when the regional manager was in. He presented himself as an unprofessional thug type for being the manager in a store that does sales. I would not recommend this store to anyone you have no clue what they are bringing into your home.
