I have been dealing with multiple issues on a brand new sectional bought online that arrived with several broken pieces for 2 months now. Customer service has been absolutely awful! The date for my exchange of pieces has been rescheduled without informing me. I have contacted Morris on multiple occasions without receiving any asnwers, except that I will hear from the manager. (When they arrive for their shift, which is after noon or later.) Yet, I have not received a call from any managers. (Managers - Lindsey or Alyssa) I have never received such poor customer service for such an expensive purchase in my life! I will never purchase from this establishment again!
We were able to easily find the couch and loveseat we wanted. The sales person was the main reason we made the purchase. She was the friendliest and most helpful sales person we ever had. The furniture was delivered and setup without any issues. It is the highest quality and most affordable living room set we have ever had. It replaced a lazyboy coach and is far better and more comfortable.
Service was extremely courteous, and not too pushy like you see in some stores. Prices are high in our opinion, but that's the norm for most furniture stores. We got what we wanted cheap in a Black Friday sale, so no complaints there. Unfortunately they don't allow concealed carry, so we won't be shopping there again. Too risky.
Great selection and good prices. We’ve been shopping around for numerous pieces lately and they definitely have the best selection by far. The sales reps were enjoyable to worth with as well.
