The quality of your experience at this store will depend on your salesperson. A few months ago I needed a new couch and was fortunate because I got a salesperson (Larry) who was patient, asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for, and I ended up buying something I wasn't originally considering, but turns out to be perfect. The couch was delivered on time, and by courteous staff. So, when I needed a new bed I called the store (I knew the model and numbers, so why actually go to the store) - big mistake. Ended up speaking with Trish/Tricia? and Eric - I was very specific in that I needed the box spring, mattress and "thing to keep it off the floor". They asked if I wanted a mattress protector as well - sure, why not. I spelled out my email address and gave my payment info to Eric. He managed to not enter the email correctly, so I never received any of the paperwork. I repeatedly stated that I needed the mattress, box spring and "thing to keep it off the floor" and I was told I had everything I needed. I had to call customer support to give them my info so I could get a delivery time. The delivery was on time, and the guys were quite professional, but they only had the mattress, box spring and mattress protector. Because apparently Eric had never included a frame in the transaction. So I called the store, and spoke with Carol. Who told me that she would email me what I should have received from Eric, and that there was no frame on the purchase. And gave me a different number to call to get one ordered. SO I called that number, and they can't do anything for me, because the item needs to be ordered thru the store. So they send me back to Carol, who says all the salespeople are busy but one will call me shortly. It has been 2 hours. No call. And why couldn't Carol take care of it herself? A minus 6 star review for this experience - no sign of anyone giving a darn that their staff messed up, and no sign of anyone willing to step up and make things right.

When I walked into the store there were two salesmen standing there and neither of them greeted me which I thought was rude. I proceeded to walk around to look for the items that I came for as one of the salesmen followed up behind me and then lazily asked could he help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and I could see that he wasn't very enthused to assist me. After following behind him and not finding what I was interested in he looked as if he had kind of given up on assisting me. I continued looking and as I walked past the door a customer walked in with a different skin tone than mine and the other salesman that was at the door happily greeted those customers. I didn't assume that they were being discriminative until that happened. From there it only got worse. I asked the guy that was assisting me to check on a price and instead of coming back with the price he stopped and assisted other customers that also had a different skin tone than mine. I decided that it was time to leave after my awful experience at this store. I will never recommend anyone visit this store and they don't have to worry about this non-white person ever coming back.

We bought a chase and sofa and the extended warranty. Apparently the warranty is worth the paper it’s printed on. Don’t buy it!! After around seven months the sofa is completely unusable. They had someone come out and look at it and they want to try and repair it. Five months after that no repairs and couch sofa is even worse. Then they tell me it’s my fault that no one followed up . Trust me, this is not repairable. This company got my money and now they don’t want to back up their product. Low quality. Low integrity. Do not give your money to the people.

We bought a dual love seat recliner to replace a couch we had for thirty years. We expect to have this a long time, too! Salespersons were very nice. Delivery men were great, personal, professional, knowledgeable. All around positive experience!

I have been dealing with multiple issues on a brand new sectional bought online that arrived with several broken pieces for 2 months now. Customer service has been absolutely awful! The date for my exchange of pieces has been rescheduled without informing me. I have contacted Ashley Furniture on multiple occasions without receiving any asnwers, except that I will hear from the manager. (When they arrive for their shift, which is after noon or later.) Yet, I have not received a call from any managers. (Managers - Lindsey or Alyssa) I have never received such poor customer service for such an expensive purchase in my life! I will never purchase from this establishment again!
