My wedding ring broke on the shaft. We took it several places for quotes. Even if James Free's quote hadn't been as competitive as it was, we would have gone there based on the level of customer service we received. Aaron Newsome and the rest of the staff treated us so well and treated my beloved ring as if it was their own. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was FANTASTIC. One week after we took it in for repair, it is back on my finger where I have sorely missed it. And, sshhhh, it almost looks better now than the day my husband put it on my finger! Thanks James Free, you have customers for life now.
Best experience ever, not a normal jewelry store, more like a palace from a fairy tail. What's most surprising is I thought it would be out of my price range, but was happy to find that they're super affordable and so so helpful. thabk you for everything !
Bait and switch prices. Poor customer service was provided to me as I represent diversity. I was treated with disrespect and talked down to.

Great experience and it was all on the staff. Pleasant to deal with, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. Ashley did a great job designing the engagement ring and Molly Thomas provided great customer service. I'd give the staff more stars if I could.
