DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible, slow service (over an hour and 10m). The pizza we ordered had the toppings thrown on top of it last minute (obviously so) it was sloppy and the pizza was cold and had been dropped. The soda was flat. When we tried to call back the women who answered the phone was completely rude and hung up on us 2x bc she was "too busy to deal with us" and we'd "have to take it up with corporate". So I called to speak to a manager the next day and he was totally unprofessional as well. After my complaints the only thing he said was "what do you want me to do about it? you must be calling for something" yeah to see what you are going to do about the awful service I received from your store! The employees are rude as hell, and the food from Cousin Vinnys is usually really good but not from this location bc they don't care! Good luck if you order from here.
Manager hung up on me, Manger hung up on my friend who paid for the pizza, pizza was not delivered and money has not been refunded. Did not try to resolve any issues. Completely rude for both conversations (if you could even call them conversations)
10/03/2017 Tonight my pizza was lack of toppings and cheese. Looked terrible. Brought it to the managers attention. He stated "it is what it is". No apologies, no offer to remake.
I can't recall a time the staff was rude, they just get very busy and are trying to get everyones orders out in a timely measure. The prices are very reasonable, the food is decent and the delivery is always earlier than expected. I have no complaints.
Cousin VInny's Pizza was great I love their cheese bread with cheese sauce but the pizza I like thin crust with garlic butter.mmmmmmmmmmmm for ur tummy lol
This is my first bad experience at this location out of 4 visits here.
I even waited around to speak to the general manager. I couldn't understand his broken english. Something bout me complaining about a $5 pizza and telling me to never come back again because I asked him not to be so rude.
Cousin Vinny's in general make great pizza. However, I will encourage anyone to Stay away from the location on Wayne Ave across from Tank's.
