We have Jimmy John's on our list of places we order from when vendors are in town. In addition to their food being fresh and tasty I enjoy how their ordering process closely matches the menus we print out. It makes it easier to have people circle and write what they want and then turn that into an order. I have not used the Group Order functionality yet but plan to do so next time.
I don't know what the heck happened to Jimmy John's on Brown St. but their drivers/service has been extremely slow as of late. They used to be fast but now they literally take almost an hour to get your food to you...
I am 2 blocks away. It took 45 minutes to get my small order and they forgot the drink. Was told they would take my phone number so they could give me a credit on my next order. I am just taking it as a loss. I was a regular customer, not any more.
Not the best JJ's location. Same delivery driver twice, took an hour to find me, said it was his first time delivering to campus both times. Waited an hour and a half another time for a soggy sandwich where the delivery guy still found it appropriate to do his soft drink comedic routine. I've probably had more misses than hits with this location, but don't let this one represent all of them. The one by Dayton Mall is great.
Drove all the way to Dayton because they were the only ones open until 3 am. Got here at 2:05 and they're closed. Cool.
