I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered online for delivery and after my order was placed it said it would be 85-95 minutes. I have 2 kids who can't wait until 7:30 to eat dinner. So I called the store and told them to change it to carry out. He said it would be 30 minutes. I get there and my name is on the carry our screen and it says ready. I sign my receipt and he goes to get my pizza. He comes back a few minutes later and says he can't find my pizzas and they'll have to remake them. No thanks. If I wanted to wait an hour i would have just let then deliver it. I asked for my money back. They should just close this pizza hut if they cant find enough competent people to work there.
Sat down and waited for someone to take oure order for over half an hour they waited on everbody else so we left we wont go there again we went to Donatoes it was great!
I wish I could give this 0 stars. By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too. The 2 ladies behind the counter were absolutely clueless and NOT helpful. They had no idea what they were doing. They messed my order up and then stood there acting confused when I said it was wrong. They didnt want to help fix the order thar THEY messed up. It was a DISASTER! I will never recommend this place.
Absolutely the worst pizza hut I've ever encountered on MULTIPLE occasions. I live 2 mins away from it so as you can imagine, I've given chance after chance and I think there has been 1 time out of 10 that everything went smoothly. My order is NEVER ready. It's rarely right. And they have no sense of urgency in there. Everyone moves like turtles. I've reached out to corporate and I REALLY hope something is done about this location soon. I would love to stop driving across town to the other pizza hut when there is one right around the corner. It's absolutely ridiculous.
