I loved it! This was my first time going to a Cici's so I wasn't quite sure how everything worked but the lady who took or order was super friendly and a answered any questions I had. Their bathrooms are, no exaggeration, the best smelling bathrooms I've ever used. Overall the food was great and the restaurant was clean and I enjoyed my vist

Above is what their own website says about "to go" orders....pick anything you like from our buffet menu....apparently not. My first time here....I asked for to go....I was given a container and drink cup. At the soup station I asked if it was included and was told yes...An employee even went to the drink station for a cup so I could have a lid as there weren't any at the soup station. I got 5 thin pieces of pizza, 2 tiny brownies(obviously the tail end of the one that had been put out) and the soup and drink. I went to get a little container of pasta when a male emoyee walked up and said soup wasn't included and "to go" only gets 2 pieces of pizza, 2 desserts and 2 bread plus drink. Their website says differently, the cashier who gave me the container never said a word about limits and 2 employees at the soup station actually said yes it was included and helped me make it to go. Nothing spoils your lunch like being publicly humiliated by the Cicis soup....ummm...grinch....your first...AND LAST....time there.
Love this place brings back so many memories of playing these games when i was younger
Great food nice people they let you have a party there if you got your cake and ice cream they're very helpful and you can make your own special pieces so it's totally great there for a small price all you can eat
