Hot, fresh chicken. Customer service with spirit and smiles! Great atmosphere.
But overall it hasn't been a bad place.
I didn't want to wait another thirty so I ate it. It was a terrible experience.
I have ate here numerous times. It is like the best boneless chicken wings you can get in Dayton that I know of.
The first few times the customer experience was friendly. But it seems there is a lack of awareness for the customer. The place seems so busy that you get ignored. I waited an extra 30 minutes for my food one time and I was barely spoken to. Then they finally told me a manager was bringing my food then talking to me, but the manager never came. Instead they asked me my name, handed me my food and walked away. It was rude. I let that go but upon checking my food 2/4 items were wrong.
Love the Main St. location. All if the servers are outstanding! On occasion the patrons need to find their inside voice with the profanity, especially when folks bring their young ones.
Gr8 food, easy consumption, in or out dinning. Lively, usually competent staff, that engage your experience. And is attentive as allowed to be without overtly stepping on toes. Staff is actually busy and handle food expertly and that include helpful security. Drinks aren't watered down. Parking is very convenient and checking out is 123!
Food was okay but Management was poor .. this was our very first time eating here because we wanted to get a taste of Dayton.. we ordered a batch of wings and the flavor wasn’t the best and we simply asked if it was possible to get a different flavor or take it off the bill and the manager told us she could do absolutely nothing. So we paid for wings that were horrible in flavor and still had not received no better wings, since the visit.
I haven't had any problems coming here. The food is great and the service isn't bad. The worst thing I can say is I felt out of place because people kept staring at me like I didn't belong.
