Also servings were not consistent one was an inch thick while one was not even 1/2 inch. Was truly disappointed. Also had side salad that didn't have a normal piece of lettuce, romaine or spinach in it only sprig type greens. Service was decent and shrimp was good. But overall felt it was a total disappointment and waste of money.
I wish I could rate this place a zero. They never answer their phone, are always under staffed, and refuse to-go orders unless you’re there in person. They even treat their staff poorly. A steady decline in service along with a steady increase in prices means we will never again attempt to do service with them again.
Worst service ever. Deserves a NEGATIVE rating if possible. Service to patrons is poor and employees of HG are treated even worse! Don’t waste your money or your time.
Went for prime rib/shrimp special and the prime rib was terrible totally dried out and had no flavor. Asked for extra rare and came out medium.
Terrible service on 4/30 at 3pm... girl working the front desk should be fired... tried to keep my marquee card that had alot of money on .. my bbq bacon cheddar burger had no bbq sauce no bacon no condiments cold when I got it and waited 45mins on it as a carryout order
Went on rib eye special night. Steak was great, plenty of seating. So why the low rating? Worst service ever. Side dish of soup never arrived. Waited 15 minutes for the server to bring us back our bill. There were only 15 costumers in the whole restaurant, and we represented 6 of those at my table. Never again.
