Terrible food and service. However Jeremy the manager really tried his very best and comped our food. If this place wants to survive lots of changes need to be made including updates to the establishment itself. Used to love this place
We got there about 7:30 and were told there would be a 20-25 min wait. There were quite a few empty tables some cleaned, most were not. We sat at the bar until they called us... the whole time there were 3 empty dirty tables behind us. A group of high school home coming kids got up and left a big table open... no one touched it to clean it. After about 25 minutes we were seated and told a waitress would be right with us. After 10 minutes watching wait staff and the manager walk past us several times and never even acknowledge us, we finished our drinks we brought from the bar and walked out. So much for trying someplace we haven't been to in years. I'll never go back.
Almost shocked. .. Poor service all around. Waited a long period of time to be greeted at the door and seated, yet the dining area was almost empty. Wait staff on phones in dining area. Greeter got off shift and sat in dining area playing with her hair and taking selfies. One waiter washed tables down and then flung the washcloth around walking through the dining area. Floor was a mess.. First visit- Last visit. Disappointed
We enjoy the atmosphere in Max & Ermas. We also enjoy the menu items as well as their Happy Hour prices. The choices on the menu are very delicious. We like to utilize there coupons too. I would recommend this location to family and friends.
Good casual restaurant with a variety of burgers. I liked the house salad, wife didn't. Updating this with the recommendation to try the Bodacious Bacon burger I had for a weekday lunch. Delicious.
