I am giving this business to thumbs down for poor customer service. And false advertisement. Upon entering the facility there is a sign that States kids eat free between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. it is also notated on the Menu. I was charged full price for my 9 year old meal. I noticed the discrepancy on my receipt and I brought it to the cashiers attention she initialy state oh don't worry about it I will fix it when she called another manager from the back, She became aggressive yelling stating I did not order a kids meal. I am inform her that I did and that the cashier must have rang me up for something different. Besides giving me a credit for my order, She call yelled and told me to leave. I told her that I paid $30 for the food and I would not leave without boxes she in turn called the police!!! She told the police several lies and even they could not understand why I was charged for my son's meal and they have it posted that kids eat free between those hours
Sandwiches are great, especially with the hot pepper relish.
The atmosphere is typical bar, but does have some nice plaques and newspaper articles about them on the wall. Also has running rankings for the latest cheese steak challenge on the wall. Music is cheesy pop, but the food is AMAZING! Don't go for the mediocre atmosphere, and typical beer selections, go for the the fresh, hot, flavorful subs. Especially the cheese steak, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and very tender and juicy. Well worth the money.
Usually I would rate them a 5 star but this time was not up to that level. The cashier forgot to take my coupon off and the sandwiches came without mayo on them. Paying attention to the process rather than the texting would probably be beneficial.
Ordered a super duper with extra pepper relish. When I got home there was no pepper relish on the sub or on the side (the lack of pepper relish changes the taste of the sub). Called the store to request the sub to be remade and delivered. The cashier became indigent stating the sub was "technically not made wrong" and that the best thing they could offer was for a delivery person to bring us some relish while they are on another delivery in 30 mins or more. Really... so I explained to her that I was suppose to sit with a cold cheese steak waiting on pepper relish. This is the last time I will ever spend money there.
